Adam Hall's Surprise Adoption!

Just weeks after the reunion we had a surprise adoption happen. With a week notice, we went to the hospital to pick up our baby girl. Paisley Isabelle was born on July 19th. This last year has been a whirlwind for us. Our family has doubled and we have moved back to Rigby. Adam's job transfered him to Idaho Falls so we jumped at the chance and love being back home.

The 10 year reunion was awesome! It started with a picnic at Rigby City Park. A lot of our classmates and their families attended. It was fun to see little mini versions of our classmates running around. People brought their own lunch and lounged in the shade of the pavilion or enjoyed the sunshine as they followed their kids around the playground. The best part was catching up with old friends and enjoying each other's company.

I think we may have to have a designated photographer at our next reunion so we can get pictures of everyone. April, are you up for that? :)

Later that night we met at the Shilo Inn's restaurant, O'Callahans. As we walked in were given a sheet of paper with questions including who has lived outside The United States, who has a Master's degree ect.. If you finished filling out your paper you were put into a drawing for a Cold Stone Creamery gift card. The dinner was very nice and enjoyed by all. After the meal, Kambria and Allison lead the class in nominating individuals for different awards. There were a lot of laughter and jokes thrown in as the individuals were chosen:

After the awards, everyone enjoyed reminiscing about old times and catching up on new times. It was fun to see how far we've all come since High school. After leaving I realized I talked to half the people I wanted to for half the time I wanted to.

Following graduation I married Julio Carranza (A.K.A. Vince Martinez - that was his adopted name, he now goes by his birth name) and we moved to Pocatello with our first son Jordan. I stayed home for two years, then worked towards an associate degree in Paralegal Studies. After 5 years of school at ISU we decided why stop there? So we moved to Provo and both attended BYU. Three years later Julio finished law school and I received my bachelors in Psychology. During my last semester of school, we had our second son, Diego.

We are now living in Shoreline Washington, just North of Seattle. We have loved moving around the northwest and have no intentions of stopping.

In a couple of years, I hope to be working towards a Masters of Marriage and Family Counseling, but for now, I am busy keeping up with a house of boys. Julio works for a litigation law firm in downtown Seattle. Jordan just turned 10 and will be starting 5th grade in the fall. He is very bright and loves soccer. Diego is a strong-willed two year old who runs the house while entertaining everyone.

It has been 10 years already? Boy how time flies when you are having fun. After graduating, I continued with school and attended Ricks College/BYU-Idaho. I graduated from there with an Associates of Arts and Sciences Degree in General Education in Health and Education in 2003. I transferred from BYU-Idaho to ISU that same year. I pursued a degree in Sign Language Studies, got burned out, and took a break. I worked for two and a half years at Security Connections Incorporated in Idaho Falls. I returned to ISU in the Spring of 2007. I just completed my second Associates Degree in Sign Language Studies. I was recently accepted into the Bachelor’s program for Educational Interpreting this year. I am also the Student representative for the Idaho Registry for Interpreters of the Deaf and represent all the interpreting students throughout the state of Idaho. I am taking a summer class and have two years left for my Bachelor’s degree. When I finish, I will become a certified Sign Language Interpreter working with Deaf children that are mainstreamed in public schools. See you at the reunion!

Wow! 10 years has gone by so fast! Where does the time go? After high school I went to Ricks College for 2 years. During my second year of school, I met my husband-to-be, John Telford from Firth, Idaho. (He was a mission companion to my brother Randall.) I graduated in April 2000 with an Associates Degree in Piano Performance. In May, Alisha Gneiting and I went to Europe on a Humanities Tour with Ricks College. This was an experience I will never forget. I got married in August 2000, and John and I moved to Logan, where we attended Utah State for 2 years. In May 2002 I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Piano Pedagogy. My husband was working on a degree in Ag-Business. After graduation, we moved back to Firth, Idaho—John’s hometown, about the size of Menan. In February 2003 we had our first son, Trent. I thought life was busy, then I found out I was pregnant with our second son. Tyler was born in April 2004, and our lives took an unexpected turn. When Tyler was one month old, he was diagnosed with Congenital Central Hypoventilation Syndrome, which basically means he doesn’t breathe well when he goes to sleep. We spent 6 weeks at Primary Children’s Medical Center, where Tyler was given a tracheotomy. The doctors were sure he would have severe brain damage, but he doesn’t seem to have any at this point. He still has a trach and sleeps hooked up to a ventilator at night. We were very scared to have more children for a long time. Then in September 2007 we were blessed with our sweet, healthy baby girl Linlee. Trent (5) and Ty (4) are the best of friends and so much fun; Linlee (9months) lights up our home with her radiant smile. I love being a stay-at-home mom. I teach a few piano lessons, which I truly enjoy. John works at the INL and raises goats on the side. We love living in Firth where we can raise our family in a small, family-oriented, farming community. I have been very watched over and blessed in my life and I love my wonderful little family. I am excited to see all of you!

We have a new addition to our family so I thought I would update you all. Jacob Don Wyatt was born May 7th. He weighed 9lb 1 oz and was 22 1/2 in long. He's got two sisters that love to love him and a dad who can't wait to play sports with him. He's been a good little baby and we are so happy he has joined our family!

I have enjoyed seeing everyone's posts (and blogs) so I figured I should jump on the band wagon and send in an update. I attended Ricks College the fall after High School Graduation to major in Broadcast Communications. I met a charming fellow, named Thomas Case, the 1st day of my second semester in a Radio Broadcasting class and pretty much stalked him until he noticed me - just kidding. Even though Thomas grew up in Rexburg as a Madison Bobcat and I a Rigby Trojan, he asked me to marry him and we tied the knot in February 2000. Rest assured, the rivalry has been settled and we cheer for Rigby!

Thomas and I both finished school and graduated with degrees in Communications. And when BYU-I opened up their 4 year programs we returned to school so Thomas could finish his BS in Business Management Marketing. While attending school, we managed student apartments - what were we thinking??? At least we have funny stories to share, like the time some boys lit a firework in their apartment and put it in the toilet to try and extinguish it.

Life has taken us many places over the last 8 years: we lived in Rexburg, Idaho Falls, Rexburg again, Colorado Springs CO, Pleasant Grove UT, and finally ended up in Idaho Falls again where we bought our first home last March. Thomas works for Melaleuca, and I am lucky enough to stay at home with our two kids. We have a precious daughter named Baylee who turns 6 in June. She recently graduated from Kindergarten and starts 1st grade this fall. We also have a handsome and adventurous son named Becken. Becken is 19 months old and growing like a weed.

Now that our family is updated, I feel like I should submit my update. After high school I attended Ricks College where I met and married Scott Bradley from Athens, Georgia. I received my A.A.S. in English in 2000 but continued to take classes there while Scott worked toward receiving his Associates in 2001. We then transferred to ISU and moved to Pocatello. After graduating with a degree in English education, I accepted a position teaching seventh grade English at Clair E. Gale Junior High School in Idaho Falls. Our first son Trevor was born one month before the first day of school. We moved our little family back to the roaring metropolis of Menan so my mom could watch Trevor while I taught and Scott continued his schooling. Scott received a B.S. in microbiology in 2004 and a B.S. in medical technology in 2005. He then began working in the lab at EIRMC where he had done his final rotations. Our daughter Brynna was born four days after my last day of teaching school in 2005, and our son Seth joined our family this past March. Scott began working on his MBA through ISU in August – while still working full-time at the hospital – so he can be qualified as leadership positions in the lab become available. I am grateful that I get to stay home and be a mom. The 28th of June is quickly approaching, and I look forward to seeing each of you at the reunion.

I can’t believe 10 years went that fast!! After high school I got married to my high school sweetheart, Joe Nalder, who graduated from Rigby in 96. Joe already lived in Twin Falls so we decided to move there. At first I worked at a local bank in Twin Falls, D.L. Evans Bank until Joe started his own business (a custom cabinet shop) Kitchen Perfections and then I started doing his books. Now it is the largest cabinet shop in the Magic Valley, which has had jobs all over the west. That year we decided to add to our little family and had our first child Blake who is now 7, we later had Kendra who is 5, and last Aubrey who is 2! I now am a stay at home mom with my 3 little monkeys. And now seem to spend my days running my kids to school and watching plenty of Dora The Explorer. Lucky Me! We really like Twin Falls, so we are probably here to stay. My sister Kasha married Jonah Burgie who graduated from Rigby in 96 and they live in Rigby and have two kids Skylee 8 and Paisley 2. My brother Scott married Laura Pabst and they live in Idaho Falls and have two kids Searra 5 and Makayla almost 2. Which is fun! Hope everyone is doing good.

Wow! That 10 years went by really fast! It is so good to see how everyone is doing. I am excited for the reunion. After graduation, I went to Ricks College. I pole vaulted there for a year and met my husband (Brian) at my last track meet of the year. We were pretty much inseparable from that point. We were married in December of 1999. When we both graduated from Ricks we went to Boise State. I only lasted a couple of days, due to being sick with our
first baby. We had Gabrielle in March of 2001. Brian graduated from BSU in Business Marketing and got a job as a drug rep in Tri-Cities, Washington. We lived there about nine months. We had Sterling in November of 2002 while in Washington. Then when an opening in Brian's company opened up in Idaho Falls, we jumped on the chance and moved home! We both felt like this was where we wanted to raise our family, and we have loved it. We built a house in the Ammon foothills and had two more girls. Kirsten was born in December of 2004 and Sage was born in February of 2007. I love staying home and raising my family. I wish I could lie and say that it was easy, but I do love it. When I got married, I thought I was the more athletic one in the family, but have since been proven wrong. My husband discovered triathlons and has since become an addict. Fortunately he has inspired me to do better. I love to run and bike (no swimming yet) and have fun doing races and staying in shape between babies. A couple of weeks ago my husband had a change of careers and is now enjoying a new job in marketing where he gets to do something that he really loves. He also coaches triathletes on the side and coordinates local races for fun. My kids have even done a couple of triathlons. They are so darn cute to watch. Anyways, I really appreciate where I am at in my life right now and I hope that all of you are doing well also. Hope to see you around or at the reunion. Well, I guess I should have seen it coming. It all started when I began to spend too much time at the bowling alley and listening to too many Woodstock tribute albums. Pretty soon I had gotten into competitive eating (I now hold the county fair record for the most PB&J’s eaten in 20 minutes in Lake Winnepesaukee, Wisconsin), developed an addiction to daytime television, put on 63 pounds, and started doing seasonal work hanging Christmas lights. I’m still waiting to be discovered by an independent recording company, (I’m totally going to revolutionize the neo-classical acoustic grunge movement), and three times I’ve made it to the final round of selection for contestants in a pilot reality show, but they keep telling me that my life isn’t messed up enough yet. Here’s me at a recent audition:

People keep asking me if I’m the big guy from Lost. I’ve told a few yes and got a couple hundred bucks for my autograph. Do what you gotta do, right?

Now, as for what I’m really doing. After high school, in rapid succession I did the Ricks/mission (Brazil)/BYU-Idaho circuit, rooming with a bunch of fellow Rigby-ites along the way. After graduating in Communications, I married my wife Sarah in 2004. We have two kids (Jaxon, 2, and Samantha, 7 months) who keep us busy, and a spastic Jack Russell terrier who keeps us up pacing the floor wondering where we went wrong as parents. We are, however, very proud of our son Jaxon’s intelligence, and can tell by his demeanor, insightful comments, and maturity that he’s bound for greatness. After seeing his picture, I know you’ll agree.

As far as work goes, I worked as a marketing consultant in Idaho Falls for a while, then came back to BYU-Idaho to work in the administration, finishing a Master’s Degree in Public Relations along the way. We still live in the Rigby area; I’ve decided that it’s not all that bad. It’s been fun reading everyone’s updates and seeing where everyone has landed. Hope to see you all at the reunion!

Hi everyone,

It is amazing to think it has been 10 years. After graduation I attended Ricks and graduated in 2000 as a registered nurse. I then moved to Pocatello and worked at Bannock Memorial Hospital until July of 2002. On July 13, 2002 I married Denny Orme. A week after our wedding we moved to Des Moines, Iowa where he went to medical school. For the last 2 years of medical school we were able to visit several areas for Denny to do his clinicals and I worked as a travel nurse. Our first stop was Largo, Florida (loved living 1 mile from the beach) for about 9 months; next was Lansing, Michigan for 3 months; Indianapolis, Indiana for 3 months; and finally to Idaho Falls for 6 months. After Denny graduated from med school in May 2006 we headed to Kalamazoo, Michigan where he did his first year of residency and I worked at Bronson Methodist Hospital via a staffing agency. On May 25, 2007 we welcomed our son Tait to our family. When Tait was 1 month old we moved to "the sweetest place on earth" Hershey, Pennsylvania. (The air truly smells like chocolate on a good day.) I am currently staying at home with Tait and Denny is starting his second year of anesthesia residency and will be done the summer of 2010. Who knows where we will end up then. It has been nice seeing what everyone has been up too. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the reunion. Wish everyone well.

After graduation, Brent went on a mission to Lima, Peru, and I attended Ricks College nursing school. I graduated in 2000 and went to work for a year in Provo. Brent got back from his mission in March 2001 and we were married in September of that year. We have 2 kids, Mikayla is now 4 1/2 and Kye is now 21 months. Brent received a Bachelor's degree in Biology from BYU-Idaho and is now in the Physician's Assistant program at ISU. He will graduate in 2009 (gratefully!). I have worked at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg since 2001 and currently also work for Rexburg Home Health. It'll be fun to see everyone this summer!

Well, at long last I am caving in to the mounting pressure and posting a little blurb about my life. Oddly enough it has been 10 years since graduation, and somehow I'm still in school . . . (sigh). I am currently starting my fourth year of veterinary school at Washington State University and as long as I don't inadvertently put anyone 'to sleep' in the next year I should graduate in 2009. I also graduated with a B.S. from BYU in 2005 and a A.S. from BYU Idaho in 2003; my M.R. degree continues to elude me. My academic misadventures notwithstanding, I did get to serve a mission in New York City where I learned to speak Spanish and how to break into projects in order to knock doors. I would never have imagined that I could feel at home in a place as big and diverse as New York, but I really did, I think it's the greatest city on earth (Rigby and Menan don't really count as cities). I came home from New York two weeks before September 11th. It was unbelievably surreal for me to watch those planes fly into those buildings. Fortunately nobody I knew was hurt, however the world has changed a lot from when we were in high school as a result hasn't it?
My family is doing very well. In 2006 my parents adopted a boy from Boise named Eric. He has fast become a member of the family and we're really glad to have him with us. My brother Trent is married and has a little boy named Aden, and Mckenzie and her husband just had their first boy, Caleb Todd, on the 19th of April. Being an uncle is very cool, even though going to school in Washington means I don't get to see them as much as I would like. I have another younger sister who is married and living in Utah and my youngest sister is about to graduate from Madison in May (I know what you're all thinking, we just try to love her for who she is and hope that someday she'll come back to the fold:).
Tragically, I'll be on a rotation in the teaching hospital during the reunion, so I won't be able to make it down (though I did hold a morbid fascination with the thought of showing up single). For those of you that do make it, I hope it's everything that you want it to be and more.

Well for anyone who is interested I had my first baby on Easter at 12:30 AM. Her name is Miriam Afton Jones, at birth she weighed 8 lb 6 oz and was 20 in long. Things have been going pretty well other then a touch of colic. It is fun to have a touch of heaven in our home.Lucky my mom stayed until last Sat to help us get adjusted.

I can't believe that I am so OLD! After graduation I went to Ricks College and graduated in Spring of 2000 with a degree in Dietetics. But just a few months before graduation, I met my future husband, John Taylor of Sacramento, California. After an expensive courtship of flying back and forth between Idaho and California, we were married in the Idaho Falls Temple November 18th, 2000. John was not finished with school yet, so I worked as a secretary at the Medical Center (Pediatrics) while he finished. In May of 2003 we had our first little girl, Madison. Then in September of 2005 we had our second little girl, Mckenzie. I am lucky to be a stay at home mom, and love being with my girls. They are so girly and fun I wouldn't trade it for anything. We currently live in Pocatello since John's job has brought us here, working for On Semiconductors. He is currently working on his Masters in Accounting, and who knows where we will end up. We have fun traveling between Sacramento, Seattle, British Columbia (where John served) and enjoying being together as a family. It's great to see where everyone has ended up, and good luck to everybody in the future.

After graduation I moved to Jackson Hole for a few months with friends. Fun times were had. I then decided to go to Ricks College where I graduated with my associates degree. I attended EITC where I got my certificate as a Medical Transcriptionist. I worked only a few weeks in this field and then headed off to serve in the California San Fernando Mission from Dec 2002 - July 2004. When I returned in July I worked for my brother-in-law and as a medical transcriptionist at home. I traveled a lot to Utah just trying to figure out what I should be doing and where I should be. In April just before Easter I was set up on a blind date with Derek Baird. We dated for a few weeks were engaged and married in the Idaho Falls Temple on August 13, 2005. Our first little girl, McKenzie joined our home July 8, 2006 and Ashlyn followed shortly after her being born June 5, 2007. We currently live in Billings Montana where I stay home with our girls while Derek works as a Dental Technician.

10 years! WOW! I hope this doesn't mean I have to feel old now ;) After graduation I moved to Logan to attend Utah State where I discovered that I really didn't want to live in a "small town" any longer. So I decided to move to Boise- a step in the right direction. But they didn't have the major that I wanted so I was moving once again. Most people would probably research that a little better before moving- and it's probably the smart thing to do- but live and learn I guess. From there I moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State. I finally finished my degree in Communications- whew! Who knew jumping colleges makes your school time longer- LOL! While going to school I met my husband, Ryan, and we got married in January of 2004. I started working for an Investor Relations firm shortly after. I worked there until 2006 when we had our first son. We are currently pregnant with our second son who is due in the middle of May. We are currently living in Mesa, Arizona. Ryan is working for a land development firm but decided last year that he wanted to go to law school so we are in that process now. We have a couple of places to visit but we will be moving somewhere new this fall. We are currently deciding between University of Utah and Rutgers. What fun! I have taken up photography since I have been home with my son and recently started a children's photography business so we are staying busy, busy. Well Hello! I have been trying so many ways to search for everyone. I am glad I did! WOW! 10 years! Who would have guessed! First off, I have a blog too http://trevorvickygregory.blogspot.com/ I also am on myspace www.myspace.com/mrsvickygregory I have done so many things since high school, it seems like a million years ago, maybe even a lifetime ago. I'm not the same person I was then, I'm sure most of us think that. I moved to Seattle, WA in the summer of 99, lived there with some friends for the summer, then moved back home to go to school. I went for 2 semester to EITC for Legal Secretary. I went back to Seattle, May of 2000, just for the summer, however, ended up staying for the next 5 years. I lived life, partied hard, and just enjoyed everything about the city. I swore up and down I would never live in Idaho again! In October of 2005 I was told I had Cervical Cancer, and my life came to a stand still. I moved back to Rigby, had a surgery, and told myself I would be back to Seattle in 6 months. January of 2006, I was bored and trying to find people to hang out with, while I waited for my health and $$$ situation to get better. I looked on-line to see if there were any cool people around. That was where I found Trevor Gregory(born and raised in Soda Springs, living in Pocatello). We talked on the phone for 3 weeks, then met and fell in love. 2 weeks later, we were living together, 8 months later, we were man and wife! In July of 2006, I had to have another surgery to remove cancerous tissue. I have been in the clear since the surgery. We don't have kids yet, hopefully someday soon. I am an aunt of 14 boys and 1 girl!!! Trevor and I have 3 dogs (Ernie, Kordi, and Doyle) and 1 cat (Ebeneezer), so they keep me busy like running after kids someday! Trevor is a Journeyman Electrician, and I work part-time from home, and taking college classes to get my Masters in Human Resources....still a long road ahead for that! I love seeing everyones updates, and can't wait to see everyone for the Reunion!

Well, I can't believe it's been 10 years already since we graduated. So I suppose it's my turn to tell everyone what I've been up to the last 10 years. Shortly after graduating I attended a year of college at Idaho State University. I met my husband there in October of 1998, and in. seven months we were married. My husband had been going to school as an airplane mechanic and graduated with a 4.0. In July of '99 we moved to Boise Idaho for my husband's job. There I worked as a checker at Albertson's and he worked at Western Aircraft as a mechanic. About a year after moving there I started experiencing quite a bit of pain. I ached and hurt all the time to where it was disrupting my sleep. It got so bad at times I was taking pain pills left over from my husband's surgery just in order to sleep. Went to a few doctor's but they couldn't figure out what was wrong. It was probably three years later that I finally found out what it was. Shortly after 9/11 my husband was layed off with numerous other employees as there wasn't enough work. We then moved to Kalispell, Montana since his parents live here and we've lived here for 6 years now. My husband started work at Les Schwab as an Alignment Tech and I began teaching piano. Soon after moving to MT. I found out that I have Fibromyalgia. It is sort of like Rheumatoid Arthritis except it affects all the muscles instead of the joints. There is no cure for it and Doctor's are not sure what causes it. Typically they just give patients pain meds and muscle relaxants to help. Doctor's are thinking I have a bit of Arthritis as well.
Currently I'm teaching piano and have 8 students. All of them are doing really great and it's been a joy teaching them. My husband quit Les Schwab a year ago and started taking Helicopter lessons. Within that year he's gotten his Private, Commercial, Certified Flight Instructor and Instrument licenses . He will shortly become a Certified Flight Instructor for Instrument. (CFII) He's applied to teach at various flight schools and we are waiting to hear back from them. We have no kids as of yet due to other medical problems I have, but we have two very cute and very spoiled kittens. We are doing really well, love where we are living and are just waiting for whatever life has in store for us next.

My story since graduation includes moving to Alabama and going to University of Northern Alabama. I moved back to Idaho after a semester and went to work for Pepsi. I worked at Pepsi in Idaho Falls from September 1999 until December 2007. Throughout the years since, I got married July 2001 to a red haired, Firth girl, Sarah Reeves. May of 2004, I received my CNA and started the next fall semester (2004) at EITC in the Nursing program. I fell ill after two weeks of college and was put in the hospital for two weeks. I was a vacationer in a place I like to call "Hotel EIRMC" where the food was bad, the service sucked, and all the amenities cost an arm and a leg, if you are lucky. This was a very bad vacation for me, the vacation from Hell. I now have an autoimmune disease called Wegener's Granulomatosis, for which I take anticancer/low-dose chemotherapy drugs for and a steroid, no I am still skinny. Needless to say, I have a ton of doctor bills due to labs, doctor visits, and medications, but I have good insurance, so no worries. It is a very rare disease with no cure, no cause, and isn't contagious. Don't ask me how I got it because the doctors don't know and they couldn't tell me what I had for a long time after I contracted the disease. So, I took a year to recuperate and started at ISU in the fall of 2005, where I am currently in the Registered Nursing program. I have no kids due to medical conditions, but my wife does have cats (too many) to love and torture instead of kids. We will most likely adopt in the coming future after I graduate from ISU. It has taken me a while to get around to my goals due to unforeseen problems but I have a house in Firth with two acres. My wife and I have lived here for almost six years. Sarah works at Treasure Dental Lab in IF. I also still run around with Randy Campbell and Jesse Gardner, surprise, surprise. It is great to have great friends. Well, here is a 10-year update on what I’ve been up to. After high school, I attended Ricks College for two years. I then transferred to Utah State University where, in 2002, I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design. I then started graduate studies, spending the summer studying art and design in Europe. I returned to Utah State that fall and started working on another degree in music. I spent one more year in school, and then I made a very sudden change in my plans and decided to serve a LDS mission. I served in northern England and returned home just before Christmas 2004. I moved back down to Utah where I got a job as a graphic designer, and I also started doing a lot of freelance design work. Shortly afterward, I met my husband, Jeff, and we were married in the Idaho Falls temple. We currently live in Logan where Jeff is finishing graduate school and teaching for Utah State, and I’m keeping busy with design jobs. We love being in Logan! Last August we welcomed our daughter, Kaayl, into our family. She makes life a little busier, but she makes us so happy.

After graduation I was working for the Fish and Game Department. I worked for them and went to college at ISU in Idaho Falls until 2000. I started dating my wife, Shelli, July of 1998 and when she graduated in 2000 we were married that September. After we were married I quit the Fish and Game and in 2001, went to work as a plumbing apprentice. I went back to school to become a journeyman plumber. In April of 2003 we had a son, Cade. He is 4 and in preschool now. He is also an avid outdoorsmen who loves to sit in a tree stand or go out in our jet boat fishin' with his dad! We also have a daughter, Saylee. She 15 months and a handful! It's funny how different boys are from girls. This little girl sure has her daddy wrapped around her little finger though! In February of 2004, I had major ankle surgery. They removed 3 inches of bone that was fused together from each of my ankles. My feet are great now though, I play Ririe City League basketball every winter and try to be as active as my time allows me to be. In 2005 I started working for Holeshot Plumbing. Last year the company changed ownership and I had the chance to become one of the new partners. So far so good as far as business goes. As fast a Southeast Idaho is growing I see another great year ahead of us. I am still friends with Tyson Barney and Chance Peterson. Our families do a lot together. In fact, we just got back from a trip to Cancun with Chance and his wife Richelle (Woods). We had a blast. Our kids are even close - Payton (Tyson's) was born 6 months earlier than Kashlyn (Chance's), and she is 10 days older then Saylee.

After graduation I went to Ricks for one semester and then moved to Utah. I met my husband in 2000 and we were married a year later. After three years of marriage we had our son Tanner (some people are confused by this but of course his last name is not Tanner)!! He is going to turn 4 in March. I went back to school at LDS Business College a couple of years ago and received a certification for medical transcription. I have been working from home for about a year as a transcriptionist for Primary Children's emergency room and love being able to be at home with my son. We still live in Utah and love being so close to the mountains. In October we found out that we are having twins which came as a big surprise. We found out just recently that they are both boys! So I cannot say if I will be at the reunion since I am due in May although I will try my best to come and see everyone. I hope you are all doing well and that I get to see you soon.

After High School I attended Career Beauty College where I graduated from Cosmetology. In 99 I moved to Salt Lake City with Jana Tanner were I went to work in a salon.
In 2000 I moved back to Rigby and continued doing hair. I met my husband through mutual friends, and three month's after dating we were engaged. We were married in July 2001. We moved to Nampa where I started working in a salon and Assistant managing a beauty supply house. After almost 3 years of marriage we had our first child, Maddison. She is going to be 4 in March and just started her first year of dance! Two years later we had our son Kaden who will be 2 in May.
Since having our first child, I am a stay at home mom. I still do hair for friends and family, and I also do the bookwork for our Trucking company that we own and run out of Nampa.

Ten years and so much to catch up on. After graduation, I attend Ricks College, graduated with a degree in music and moved to Boise in 2000 to attend Boise State. What a fabulous place Boise turned out to be. I never dreamed of going to BSU, but it was one of the best decisions I ever made! While there, I had the opportunity to be involved in the LDS institute and that is where life took some surprising turns for me!

While in a dating and relationships class, I met my future hubby - though at the time he was dating someone else. Four months later, we both found ourselves in the presidency of the student council at the BSU Institute of Religion, and twelve months after that we were the best at making excuses to work together on projects. Wedded bliss entered our lives in August of 2002 & I graduated with a Bachelors degree in music in December.
We now have two gorgeous daughters, Eleanor-4 and Eliza-almost 2. We moved to Spanish Fork, Utah after Matthew graduated from BSU and was hired to teach seminary at Provo High School (though he is now at Spanish Fork High School teaching). Confusion about why we were moved to Utah was cleared up when Eliza, our second daughter was born. She has several ‘issues’ but has been such a joy. The first year of her life was pretty tough, but now it is smooth sailing.
Eliza’s biggest difference is that she is deaf, so we use American Sign Language in our home and attend the Deaf ward in Provo each Sunday. Learning another language is tough, but so worth it - even Eleanor our oldest is a pro at signing to her little sister.
Life is great, we have a great townhouse (oh to have a yard, though!) that is big enough for our family and then some. I get to be a mom and a wife. Matthew has a fabulous job close to home, and we live far enough away from family to miss them, and close enough to see them often!!

Hi Everyone!
I love that its only been ten years since we've graduated! Am I the only one who feels like its been even longer?
After high school I went to Boise State University. I loved it~ In addition to working full time, undergrad was filled with hot springing in the mountains, late nights and early mornings studying philosophy, history, religion, art, and weekends at poetry readings and writers circles (I was convinced for a short while that I was meant to be a writer after receiving a few scholarships for it). My interest in political activism grew and I was heavily involved Boise's various feminist circles. I acted in and then produced "The Vagina Monologues", and coordinated "Take back the Night" and "Clothesline Project" amongst other projects for BSU's Women's Center. I also volunteered regularly lobbying the Idaho Congress and Senate with the Idaho Women's Network for various legislation, and as a rape crisis advocate for the Women and Children's Crisis Alliance. I received my bachelors in Political Science with emphasis in Public Law and Political Theory and got my minor in Women's Studies.

I was then accepted to Milano the New School for Urban Policy Analysis and Management, which meant I got to move to Brooklyn and go to school in Manhattan. Grad school was full of hot debates over social and economic policy, late nights drafting policy proposals and crunching numbers, reading up on best practices and studying non profit management. I was the TA for our statistics courses, and was pleased to find I really have a head for numbers. Grad school was a period of time for soul searching how my career and my life should exemplify my values while defining and redefining what those exactly were (I'm still doing a bit of that and hope to for the rest of my life- A life unexamined isn't worth living). I truly loved every second of it. Occasionally I got out into the city too ~ NYC is amazing, and though I've lived here 4 years I'm still discovering new neighborhoods, restaurants, bars, galleries, and shoppes. I really love living here.

Now, after grad school, I still live in Brooklyn (just in a better apartment!) with my partner of the last 6 years, Aaron, and our cat. I work in social policy, currently for NYC's largest non profit working with the homeless, Project Renewal, where I do program evaluation and statistics. I am conducting a longitudinal study on chronically homeless substance abusers and their willingness to change their substance abuse habits. It's exciting work since its the first time anyone has done this type of research. I also do freelance consulting for various other non profits and have experienced working in interesting policy arenas like bilingual education in inner city schools, economic and environmental revitalization of national parks, batter intervention programs, and disconnected youth.

I'm just starting to travel. While at Milano, I studied international non-governmental organizations in Mexico city. After graduation I celebrated graduation with a trip to a yoga ashram in the Bahamas. Aaron and I just got back from a month traveling around India, and I'm already planning a trip this fall to run an international half marathon. Any suggestions on where to go?

Kara Ann Tanner 1980-2008

Kara Ann Tanner, 27, was born May 2, 1980, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Karen Jean Passey and David Owen Tanner. Kara passed away peacefully at her home on January 26, 2008. Kara attended high school at Austin High School in Decatur, Ala. She graduated in 1998 from Rigby High School in Rigby, Idaho. She moved back to Decatur and lived there until 2006, when she moved back to Idaho Falls. She was employed at Chili's Restaurant and had many friends there.

Kara was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, Wallace and Laura Passey of Ucon, Idaho. She is loved and will be missed by her mother, Karen Passey Steele of Idaho Falls; step-dad, Patrick Steele of Decatur, Ala., her father, David Tanner and his wife, Tammie, of Longmont, Colo.; her sister and best friend, Jill, and brothers, Weston, Brian, Brad and Sean; and grandparents, Owen and Bonnie Tanner of Washington, Utah. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends will also miss her dearly.

Kara was loving and generous and was loved by many, especially her family. She was a wonderful big sister and always took care of her younger sister and brothers. She was a true friend, and many are lucky to have called her their friend. She brought happiness to many in her short time on this earth.

There are no words to describe our sorrow. Our loss is immense and she will be mourned for the rest of our lives.

Kara: For your strength of character and perseverance, resilience and joie de vivre, I admire you; because you are my daughter, I love you. Mom.

Funeral services will be at noon Thursday, Jan. 31, at the LDS Church at the corner of 9th and South Boulevard in Idaho Falls. The family will visit with friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St. in Idaho Falls, and for one hour Thursday before services at the church. After high school, I served an LDS mission to Cleveland, Ohio. Then came home and attended BYU-I for a year. I lived with several of my buddies from high school and we had a lot of fun. Meanwhile, I continued dating Natalie Price off and on and after being home for a year, we finally got married May 24, 2002. After getting married, we lived in Idaho for the summer and then moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, where we lived for 3 years. I attended the University of Utah and also worked for an accounting firm. After graduating from the U in August 2004,with a degree in Accounting, I began working as an Accountant for another firm in Salt Lake. In the meantime, I began preparing for the GMAT and applying to graduate schools. In September 2005, we moved to North Ogden, UT where I attended grad school at Weber State University. I received a Masters in Accountancy in August 2006, while simultaneously preparing to sit for the CPA exam. In November 2006, after successfully becoming a CPA, we moved back to Idaho, where I was offered a position with Rudd & Co. in Rexburg. We just built a home in Rexburg and have been in it for nearly 4 months. We have two great kids; a boy, Jace- age 3 and a baby girl, Rylee- 9 months. Life has been good to us and we couldn’t ask for more. We look forward to seeing all of you at the reunion. We’ve penciled it in.

Wow! It's been so great to read about all of you and where you are now. It's wonderful to hear that everyone is doing so well since I last saw you! As for me, after school, I worked at Chesbro Music Co. where I saved up money and tried to decide if I wanted to go to college. A few dates with an intriguing music major attending Ricks College convinced me that I did. Although it probably wasn't the best reason to decide to go to college, it was still the right choice in the end. I was given so many wonderful opportunities that first year, including being the student director of the Women's Choir, a teacher's aide, and a music theory tutor. Tutoring was something that was shoved at me. I thought I would hate it, but after only a few days, I came to love it so much that I decided that what I really wanted was to be a music teacher. Later semesters brought me the opportunities of providing vocal coaching to drama students, a summer internship with the head of choral studies, and substitute teaching first year theory classes. I worked hard and was eventually admitted to the Collegiate Singers, Ricks College's most elite choir, where I was a section and quartet leader.

Sometime during my third or fourth semester, my old high school friend Jolicka Miskin told me of a "buddy dance" where her roommate had set her up with a music major -- a french horn player who she described as looking like Sylvester Stallone. I had a vague picture of a french horn player named Mike Haddox who sat in the back of my theory class, but I didn't know him too well. I was far too distracted by the two handsome vocal majors who saved me a seat between them every day. However, I made the effort to become friends with him, and we eventually married in the Salt Lake temple in May of 2000. There must be something about us Rigby girls. He dated 3 others before me. Health issues springing from multiple miscarriages caused my grades to fail, and I was placed on academic suspension. I regret that I never returned to school. I hope that someday I can.

I am now a stay at home mom for my two incredible children, Hyrum Michael who was born in November 2003, and Emily Lisa who came to us in December 2006. I never could have imagined how wonderful it would be to be a parent! Mike works for a company that sells commercial playground equipment to schools and parks. We currently live in Nampa, but miss our old home in Ammon. We hope to move back to East Idaho someday.

Wow, ten years ago I was getting ready to graduate... has it really been that long?? It sure doesn't seem like it!!

After high school I attended the University of Idaho in Idaho Falls, earning a BS in Computer Science in 2003. The next semester I started work on a Master's, also in Computer Science. I've finished all the necessary classes, now I'm just staring at the most menacing part: the thesis. Scary! Well, ok, the first topic wasn't so scary; but it didn't work out. Neither did the second. Nor the third. So NOW it's scary! =) Some day I'll finish it, though. Some day.

Along the way, I've had a handful of interesting jobs. I worked as a tutor in ISU's Math Lab, and got some good jokes out of it when people misheard the "a" in Math for an "e" instead. =) I also got to test my teaching skills for U of I, on their beginning programming and Visual Basic classes. At the same time I ended up interning at Idaho National Lab for several years, which was a good experience but also showed me I don't necessarily want to work for the government. There's so much to do before you can even do what you want to do! Currently, I'm working for a youngish startup company based in Idaho Falls. To make it simple: we provide mortgage documents for loan companies. Part of my time is spent creating and verifying documents to use with our system, and part of it is spent programming an interface for inputting loan data. It's a completely different world than INL, one to which I'm much better suited. So, that's where I am - living and working in Idaho Falls.

Though... I make regular trips to Rigby for bambinos. =) It amazes me how many people who live so close have never heard of them - do you realize how much of the population of Idaho Falls thinks a bambino is a small child??? It is a ridiculous wrong that I am striving fervently to correct! Every person I've introduced to Rigby's Bambinos is now just as fond of them as I am. Maybe in another ten years I'll have converted everybody in southeast Idaho? Hhmm, what was our motto, "Reach for the sun..." Haha!

Time flies... After graduation I went to ISU for the year and then a mission to North Carolina. I was glad to serve, but glad to get out of the humidity when it was time. I got home in June of 2001 and Meranda and I were married in the Idaho Falls temple in December of that year. We both continued towards degrees at ISU. It is amazing the way things work. I applied to the Radiographic Sciences program in 2003. I was the 1st alternate up till three day before class. We got the call that we needed to go talk to the department head. When we met with him he said, "I have good news and bad news. The good news is we have a spot, the bad new is it is in Rexburg." We thought hard about it for a few hours knowing that this is a one time chance. We took it not knowing how great it would be. I commuted the first year from Pocatello for my clinicals and did classes in Poky. Meranda graduated in Family and Consumer Sciences in August of 2004. We moved to Rigby where Cannon came to join us that same month. I had one more year in my Radiographic Sciences degree. So I turned around and commuted to Poky and did clinicals in Rexburg. I started working part time at Madison Memorial. I graduated in May of 2005, we bought a house, I started full time at the hospital. I have been doing x-rays and nuclear medicine at the hospital ever since. Ainsli came in August of 2006. It is fun to be a parent, good thing, we have another boy due in late March. We love living in Rigby in close proximity to both of our parents and spend lots of time with family. Meranda is a stay at home mom and works harder than I do any day of the week. It is good to see every ones' pictures and catch up.

I think when the quote "opposites attract" was said, it was made just for us. So... right after graduation Justin attended Ricks and then served a mission to Mississippi where he was first introduced to eating squirrel. He says it tasted like chicken, but I want to know how everything out there can all taste like chicken? Then of course, the usual...school, work, dating, etc. etc. Same old boring life...(that is until I came around of course!). As for myself, I graduated from Ricks College and then attended ISU for a year until I served a mission in Nova Scotia. That is where I got to try whale blubber, head cheese and blood pudding...and no, none of them tasted like chicken! Our missions were both wonderful experiences that taught us so much and became the spring board for the rest of our lives. So... 3 years ago Justin and I ran into each other in the Walmart parking lot. We were both going opposite directions, both engaged to other people, both with completely different life plans in mind. But, obviously they weren't the right plans because a few months later we ran into each other again and we were both unexpectedly single! Imagine that! So, long story short, here we are, happily married, and with the most perfect little boy. We bought our first home here in Idaho Falls on the numbered streets last summer. And can you believe Justin actually built a fence around the yard all by himself! (I bet all you thought his hands could do were play the piano, eh?) And then Mason was born in October of 2007 and our lives haven't been the same since! I was able to stay at home with Mason while Justin works at Mountainview Hospital and is attending ISU to become...surprise surprise...a music teacher! It's funny how life turns out. Here I sit, in our adorable little home with a beautiful baby boy in my arms, waiting for my husband, the terribly shy and once somewhat awkward Justin to come home. Oh so unexpected, but yet so perfect! We cant wait to see everyone at the reunion this summer.

Wow! We’re all getting so old! Is anyone else bothered by the fact that within another year or two we will be turning 30? I’m really not sure that I’m ready for that (especially since I’ll still be in school). But, it is great to see how well everyone is doing!

After graduating from high school, I went on a mission to Amsterdam, Netherlands. Holland is a funny little country that is about a quarter of the size of Idaho, dotted with windmills, cows, cheese, and about 16 million people. After returning, I started dating Kristine Golder (Rigby Class of 2000). We dated for a while, and were married in February of 2002 in Idaho Falls. We lived in both Shelley and Blackfoot while I went to school. Finally, I graduated from Idaho State in the spring of 2006 with a degree in Zoology…which by itself, I might add, is a pretty useless degree. Since then, we have moved to Des Moines, Iowa, where I am currently in my second year of medical school. Thanks to my incredibly supportive wife, I’ve been making it through school without too many problems. This summer, we will be relocating to Ohio, where I will start clinical rotations for my 3rd and 4th years of school.

Along the way, of course, we’ve had three great children…all girls! Makayla will be 5 this spring, Olyvia recently turned 3, and Addisyn was just born in October. I love all my girls, but as you can imagine, there’s a lot of drama in the house.

Wow, so much has happened in the last ten years! It's fun to see what everyone is doing. As for me . . . after high school, I went to Utah State. While I was there, I spent a summer studying in Spain and another semester working for Senator Crapo in D.C. After I graduated, I celebrated by spending a summer in Western Europe. I was addicted! Since high school, I have traveled to twenty-one countries, and I'm constantly planning my next trip (www.whereisqt.blogspot.com). After undergrad, I did what (nearly) every Political Science major does: go to law school (University of Utah). During the course of law school, I spent a summer studying in Costa Rica; decided to get an M.B.A. too; and, most importantly, met the love of my life (Rod). Rod and I became friends during our first semester of law school and, after two years of skiing, biking, and entertaining together, we started dating seriously. After law school ended, Rod had the opportunity to go to D.C. to be part of the Department of Interiors Honor's Program. I had an offer to clerk with Justice Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court and had just bought a house in Salt Lake. We decided to do the long distance thing. During one of my visits to D.C., a friend from Senator Crapo's office asked me to represent Idaho in the National Cherry Blossom Festival (www.idahostatesociety.org/news.htm+Jenifer+Tomchak&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=6&gl=us). It was a great opportunity. I got to meet the First Lady, other national figures, and several foreign dignitaries. After my clerkship ended, I decided to postpone "the real world" a little longer, and spend three months traveling in South America. I started out by myself, but met so many great friends along the way. I'm currently a fourth-year associate at Parr Waddoups Brown Gee & Loveless (www.pwlaw.com/index.html). My practice (www.pwlaw.com/attorney-profile-75) focuses on employment litigation, but I also do general corporate litigation. I'll be up for partner next March. I love being a litigator and the people I work with. When I'm not at work, Rod and I and get in as much skiing, climbing, and biking as we can. After graduation I went to Ricks for 1 1/2 years where I met my husband Matt. We knew each other as friends for about 1 year before we even started dating. Then we dated for another year. While we were dating, he transferred his schooling to BYU-provo. That made it difficult....one of us was always driving back to see the other on the weekends! We were finally married in August of 2000. We lived down in provo where he finished up his major in Industrial Design and I worked. We had our first child in 2001, a girl - Hailey Napualokelani Rice. So that is when I became an official "stay-at-home-mom". I love(d) it! 3 years later we had another beautiful little girl - Leah Maileleilani Rice. That year my husband also graduated from BYU. We then moved to Kansas where he got his first job designing fans and heaters. (Vornado is an awesome company and their products are VERY good! There's my "plug"). Kansas was a culture shock! Despite my efforts to hate that place, I soon began to love it! We lived there almost 4 years, then in 2007 we decided to make the big career decision and moved our family to Kent, Washington. We've lived in Washington now for almost a year. Throughout the last 10 years I have still been trying to find the time to finish my college degree. Kids, family, and church have become my priorities so my schooling has gotten put on the back burner. So for yet another year I find myself enrolled in online classes or taking late night courses! Ugghhhhh......will this ever end?! I can't believe time has gone by that fast! Guess I better hurry and get my education done before my own kids beat me......... . Good luck to all of you in the future. I'm not sure if I'll be able to make the big class reunion, but I love to look at the blog and see the updates from all of you! It's funny how everyone looks the same and yet, so different!

I started college 10 days after high school graduation: a chemistry class that I breezed through thanks to Mr. Schell's class! I got my Associates' in 2000 at Ricks College, then went to Utah State for a semester while Ricks became BYU-Idaho. I returned to BYU-I, going to school on and off while I tried to pay my way. During some off-semesters while I was looking for a job, I went back to good ol' Rigby HS as a substitute teacher. It was really weird to sit in the teachers' lounge and call them by their first names! I went on a Spanish-speaking mission to Texas Houston South in 2003, and my sister Sarah Ring got married while I was gone. I met my husband over the Internet while I was doing a Human Resources internship in 2005. I graduated from BYU-I in December 2005 with a Bachelor's of Business Management, and then got married in February 2006. We are expecting our first child, a girl, this April. Can't wait to see you all in June!

I returned in 2001 and moved to Salt Lake with the intention of going to school at LDS Business College (a good reason to get out of Idaho) and transfer to the University of Utah. I met my wife at LDSBC that summer before my first semester. Andrea and I were married in the Denver temple on December 28, 2001 (she is from Colorado Springs). In 2002, we transferred to Rexburg to finish my degree at BYU-Idaho. I graduated in 2005 in Business Management. Along the way, we had 2 boys and a little girl (ages 4,3, and 1). We moved into our current home in Idaho Falls the same week I graduated. Currently, I work with our family business, Challenger Pallet & Supply, and help to manage the operations at our 3 facilities in Idaho, Utah, and Montana.

Wow, 10years and here I am still in school. After Graduation I went to Utah State for a year. Then I left on a mission for two years to New Jersey. After arriving home I went back to school at Utah State studying biology. I met my wife Elizabeth Gill during my first year at USU and we were friends from then on. About a year after my mission I was finally brave enough to ask her out. We were married about 6months later (Dec 2002) in the IF temple. The next summer we went to Haiti to work in orphanages. There we both developed a great love for the kids we cared for, and a real appreciation for electricity and running water. When I finally graduated from USU 2005 I moved on to medical school at Dartmouth and we've been living here in New Hampshire for the last 2 ½ years. Our 18month old daughter Callie was born at the end of my first year of med school. We are expecting our second (a boy) in mid January. I just have 1 ½ years left in medical school and then we’ll go somewhere else for residency in orthopedic surgery, or pathology, or whatever I finally decide on.

Since Ty Hall was the first guy to post, the pressure is off. What is up ! Life is good. After graduating which was a miracle in and of itself..... no thanks to Mr. Abraham. I served a mission in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. It was amazing ! I loved those little brown people. But like many good things that ended. I decided to build homes for a living. It's pretty cool I guess. I've attached a link of all the homes I have available for those of you who want so desperately to move back to Rigby. I'm totally kidding. So one day I went up to BYU-I to find a wife, and there she was. Standing on about the fifty yard line during an outdoor concert. What a beauty, somehow between July and December of 2002 I convinced Miss Angie Powell from Boise to marry me. I tend to think it was more trickery than convincing. Regardless she is the coolest girl ever, and the light of my life. I know mushy. We lived in the large town of Iona for three years were our little Braxton was born. He is a wild man, I have no idea were he gets it, he is three so I guess he's entitled. Finally after missing Rigby so much we made the eight mile move were we currently live. It's great to be back. New house so new baby right. In March little Mr. Dawson was born. I call him Ball because he has such a roly poly appearance and a Huge head. Also we are expecting another due around the end of July. We're so excited, if I'm not at the reunion then we'll probably be at the hospital. We love being parents and our two little men. We also love long walks on the beach, 80's love songs, sunsets... wait a minute this sounds like a desperate personal ad. For the record I have never placed one..... We do enjoy traveling, eating, scrabble, and just kickin it with family and friends. Were excited for the reunion. Take care

After Graduation I went to Byu-Idaho Majoring in Elementary Education.I had the opportunity to go to Washington state twice to do part of my schooling. The first time I went and lived on Vashon Island and taught in Tacoma. A few years later I went back to Washington to do my student teaching, and taught in the same school district. I love Washington! I graduated with my Bachelors in April 2005. I met my husband Robin Markham while I was doing my student teaching. We were married in the Salt Lake City Temple August 18, 2005. I moved back to Washington and substitute for a year. August 11,2006 we had our little girl Kenidee Luana. She is now 15 months old and BUSY! We moved to Rexburg in April, for Robin to go to school. I now stay home with Kenidee and design wedding albums from home. I love being able to be home and work. I can't wait to see what everyone has been up to.

Wow! It’s hard to believe that ten years have come and gone! After high school, I moved to Arizona to live with my sister for a summer, and then returned to Logan, UT and attended Utah State. I kept myself on a strict, fast-paced 7 year program! In that time, however, I served an LDS mission in Chicago. After coming home, I returned to Utah State and began attending an institute class from my mission president where I met my husband, Steve. Yes, we did serve in the same mission, but did not “meet” in the mission! We got married that summer and moved to Montana for a while to work. We returned in the fall to Utah State, when it really set in that my husband only had one semester of school done! Long road ahead! I graduated from there in 2005, and we then transferred to BYU-I for Steve to finish. He graduated April of 2007, and this past summer we moved to Salt Lake for him to attend law school at the “U.” So, in this long road, we now fall somewhere in the middle! I am currently working in Park City for Rossignol/Dynastar, and loving the mountains! We’re not sure on where we want to end up, Steve says Idaho, and I tell him he’s crazy! Let’s just say he’s converted to the west coast after growing up in New York.

" After High School Colette went to Ricks, and Beau went on his mission to the England Birmingham Mission. We were married June 15 2001, just 2 months after Beau returned from his mission. In the following years Colette worked at Meleluca, while Beau Managed the Rigby Radio Shack, and went to school. at BYU-I. Our first son Nate was born July 9th 2003. In December, of 2006 Colette was able to quit her job at Meleluca, and become a stay-at-home-mom, as our second son, Tyler was born Dec 15 2006. His big brother calls him 'sniffy' we asked him why, and Nate said "cause that's his name", and that just kind of stuck. So we have Natedwg and Sniffy, and they are the coolest kids. In March of 2007 Beau became an Agent for American Family Insurance, and we have moved to Pocatello. Everything is going Great. "

Wow, after growing up together, and then not seeing each other for ten years, it’s so much fun to see where everyone has ended up! Your lives are so exciting and your families are beautiful! After high school, I moved to California and went to San Diego State University, majoring in Biology. I loved every second of it, San Diego is a beautiful city, with so many things to do, and the people are amazing! When I came home at Christmas to visit, someone set me up on a blind date with a guy named Chad, from Blackfoot. We dated (long distance) for a year, and then got married in January of 2000. I graduated from SDSU in 2002 with a BS in Biology. A couple of years later we moved back to Idaho so Chad could finish his degree at BYU-I. We live in Idaho Falls now with our three beautiful boys: Joey (4), Benji (2), and Luke (1). We love our home and neighbors and are really happy here… (secretly we would love to move back to San Diego someday though!) We run a couple of different businesses, MusiciansStorehouse.com, selling musical instruments online, and NetmarkEssentials.com, an internet marketing company. My husband calls me “the temp”. I pretty much do whatever needs to be done, bookkeeping, website stuff, customer service, in between changing diapers and cleaning up after my little rascals.

After I graduated I worked in Alaska at a fish processing plant for the summer and then went to Ricks College. I graduated from there April 2000 with an Associates in Elementary Education. From there I went directly to Utah to work on my residency so I could go to Utah State. I went there for a year until I served a mission in Denver CO May 2001- Nov 2002. While in the MTC I made friends with Eric Jones and we wrote our whole missions then we dated when he got back. We got married in the Idaho Falls Temple on December 27, 2003. I was able to get my BS in ELED finished before we got married! We have been living in Springville (just south of Provo) while Eric goes to BYU. He got his BS in Civil Engineering in April and now is working on his MS. I've been substitute teaching in Provo and Nebo school districts.

10 years? Are you kidding? It's crazy to believe it has been that long! After graduation, I got married and moved to Utah so my wife, Amber, could finish school. While I worked on my Bachelor's, my wife ran her own massage therapy business in Park City doing massage on a lot of athletes training for the olympics that came to Salt Lake City. I worked at Blockbuster during school as a district trainer for the Salt Lake Valley, but upon completing my degree in Economics, I was recruited by Best Buy to be a manager for the store in American Fork. My wife and I bought our first home in Lehi, UT two years ago and finally adopted our first child in August. We have decided that we really miss the small town and have purchased some land in Rigby. We hope to be up there within the next year.Can't wait to see everyone from the class of '98. Go Trojans!

Remember our senior class president! Kambria has upheld her duty as Senior class president to head the reunion committee. Thank you! Many of our class mates have volunteered and are helping plan the events and find our lost classmates. Thank you! The committee held a meeting and would like to know what day you want the reunion. Please vote on the poll at the bottom of the page. They decided to hold two events for the reunion. During the day, there will be a "bring your own picnic" at (hopefully) the same park we had our Senior Picnic. They are going to try to get a bounce house and bounce obstacle course. It should be a fun and relaxing event for everyone.

That evening, there will be an event at a hotel. The details of the event will come soon! Some ideas include watching the old senior slide show and a new slide show of the pictures people have sent for the blog. We will let you know as the details are worked out.

When I came home, I worked on the farm and went back to school at BYU-Idaho where I graduated with a Bahelors in Business Management in April of 2006. I've just decided that 10 years flies by far too fast! But, I am SO looking forward to the reunion next year. Let's see...me. After graduation I went to Ricks for a little over 2 years then took a break to serve a mission. I spent an amazing 18 months in Melbourne Australia (which is my second home), then returned to BUI-Idaho to finish my Associates degree. Once that was accomplished I moved to Boise (which is where my family moved back in '98) to attend ISU-Boise in their Speech Pathology program. I got really sick and had to drop out of school, but then I found the best job ever at Micron Technology. I have been there for 2 1/2 years and just got a promotion on Tuesday!!! Yes, I am very excited about that. A few months ago I enrolled in a school called "LongRidgeWritersGroup" where I work with a nationally published author (Mary Rosenblum). I am currently pursuing my lifelong dream to become a published author. More about that later. I have the CUTEST niece and nephews and believe me, I am the auntie that spoils them to death. I'm sure their parents love it. I'm just lovin' life to the fullest and narrowing down my list of "Things to do before I die." And, yes....life is fun!

Has it really been ten years? I guess time flies when you're having fun! After we graduated I attended Ricks College for a year where I met my hubby Todd. We were married May 28, 1999 (exactly one year after graduation) in the Idaho Falls temple. We moved to Ogden, Utah where I finished my degree in interior design at Weber State University. We bought our first house in Rigby and lived there for four years. My two oldest kids were born there, Elizabeth Grace who is 6, and Caroline Jo who is 3. Todd was offered an opportunity to spend one summer in Puerto Rico for his job, so we enjoyed the surf and the sun in the summer of 2004. When we come back, we moved to Plain City, Utah. We loved it there, but Todd was offered a promotion a year ago, so we packed up again and moved to Federal Way, Washington where we live now. Our son, Louis was born 2 months ago, and I love staying home and playing with my kids all day. We love spending time at the beach, swimming, hanging out with our great friends here, and riding our motorcycle. Life is good, and I look forward to seeing you next summer!

I am currently living in Maryville Tennessee where I received my BA in Psychology, worked for a few years in social work, decided that was not for me, and now am in school again for occupational therapy. After high school I live in Jackson Hole for the summer, then to Ricks where I graduated with my Associates in General Health and Education. I moved to Utah after that and met my husband Jared we got married October 20, 2001 in Logan, UT. We've lived in Provo, Utah for three years while my husband finished his undergrad at BYU in Public Health, then Hawaii for two years while he got his Masters in Epidemiology at UH. After Graduation Jared received a three-year fellowship with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), that requires us to live in Atlanta, GA for a year and two years anywhere in the US. Well, here's a little update on what I've been doing since HS. After graduation I went to Ricks for 2 years and got my associates degree. After that, I went to Utah State and graduated with my bachelor's in 2002. That summer I married my husband Jon, (who I met at Ricks) and we lived in Logan for a few months. In the fall of 2003, we moved to Washington state, and he started law school. I worked as a marketing rep for a surgical company in Seattle for 2 years,until I had Ellie in April of '05. I've been a stay at home mom ever since. Jon graduated in '06, and he accepted a position at a law firm in Logan, UT, so we have been living here for about a year. We really like living in Logan, it is in between both of our families, and it's small, but not too small!! Ellie is two and she is so much fun. She is a little chatterbox, and keeps me laughing most of the time. She loves animals and playing "mom" with her babies. I am due any day with our second baby (a boy) so we are really excited for him to get here and join our family.

WOW! What have I been doing for the last ten years? I graduated from BYU-I with a bachelors in Nursing. I married Aaron Hancock from Menan, and we now have two little boys, Carson and Tanner. Of course every mom would say this, but they are the most beautiful boys in the world!! We built a house in Shelley, then moved in 2005 to Corvalis, Oregon. We lived there for about 2 years, then moved to Clinton, Ut. Aaron is a wires operation manager for Rocky Mountain Power, and I work part-time as an Emergency Room Nurse. It's an insane job, but I love it. I only work 3-4 times a month, so it's perfect with my little ones. I still get to be home with them, and I wouldn't miss that for the world. Life is great! I'm excited to see everyone next summer!

Kambria Nelson and Matt Reeves

After high school, Matt went on a mission to McAllen, Texas. During the two years he was gone, I attended Ricks College and got my Associate Degree. He returned home in October of 2000 and we were married February 23, 2001.Matt played football for Ricks College the last year they offered intercollegiate sports. Our daughter, MaKyra was born in December of 2001. Since then we have had two more children: Gabriel (Gabe), 3; and Parker, 1. We live in Rexburg where Matt is finishing up his undergrad at BYU-Idaho. He will be graduating in Health Science this year. I stay at home with my kids. It is a lot of fun and keeps me really busy. We are really excited about the reunion next year and hope to see you all again.

O.K what I've been up to the past 10 years. After HS I went to BYU-I for a semester. Cris and I were married in January 2, 1999 in the Idaho Falls, Idaho temple. We then moved to Blackfoot and were there for about 2 years. Cris then got a job for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad as a conductor,( he is now an engineer) so we moved to Winslow Arizona. And we've been here for 6 1/2 years. We have four kids, Kennedy is 7, Kaden is 6, Jocelyn is 3, and Cole is 1. They keep me really busy, and I love being a stay at home mom. It will be fun to see how everyone is doing.

Hey everyone! It's so fun to see what you all have been up to! Here's what I've been doing. After HS graduation I attended Ricks College and also did a study abroad in Jerusalem for a semester. I graduated as a Registered Nurse in 2000. I then moved to Provo and worked at UVRMC. I met my husband there on a blind date and we were married in the IF temple in 2002. We lived in Pocatello for a year and in Omaha for 3 years while my husband went to dental school. I worked at Portneuf Medical center and Bergan Mercy hospital and now enjoying being a full time mom. We have two little girls. McKenna Jo is 3 1/2 and Ava Lynn is 18 months. We just moved to Twin Falls this summer and are excited to settle down and be close to family again.

Ah, the last ten years of my life.
After HS graduation, I went to Ricks College for 2 years and then BYU Provo. I spent a semester there and then decided to go on a mission. I served in Zagreb, Croatia for a year and a half. It was lots a great fun there and is a wonderful vacation spot-you should totally check it out.
After I got back, Shana Brown and I went to a New Year’s dance, and I ran into an old BYU friend Andy. We were married a year later. I went back to BYU and graduated in Nursing and Andy graduated in Accounting. I worked at Primary Children’s hospital in SLC, and then we moved to San Jose, CA. I spent a year working at Stanford Children’s Hospital. I absolutely love being a pediatric nurse. Just last year we moved to Boise and had a little girl, Maren. I’m staying at home now with Maren and spend my time camping, shopping, hanging out with my sister Megan, road trippin', snowboarding, and trying to find all of your e-mail addresses! Hey everyone! I hope everyone is doing well and I can't wait to see you at the reunion. I have created a blog at http://hileries.blogspot.com/ to update everyone on what I'm up to. I recently graduated from the University of Idaho with a master's in Recreation (emphasis: Sport and Recreation Management). Before that, I received my bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communication from the UI in 2005. Right now I am searching for a public relations/marketing job in sports or higher education. I'm pretty much a professional job searcher now;) My life has been a little crazy since I graduated. I went to UI after high school for a year. I then moved to Las Vegas for two years. It was cool living there, but things with my boyfriend didn't work out and I ran into some health problems. I moved back to Rigby with my parents and recovered. In January of 2002, I moved back up to Moscow to continue my education. I met my boyfriend Shon a year and eight months ago. We are still going strong. I am moving up to Kellogg where he is now, so I can focus on my job search. We have two miniature dachshunds named Chipper and Rocket. They are both a year old now. After graduation from High School I went to Ricks/BYU-Idaho. Graduated in Business management. There I met my husband, Shaun. We were married August 18, 2001 in Idaho Falls Temple. Currently we have two children. Taylor Ann will be 5 on November 2nd, and our son Trevor will be 2 on October 30th.
In April of this year we moved back to Rigby from Rexburg. Shaun is an employee at BYU-Idaho; he’s been there for just over 5 years. As for me, I am a very busy stay at home mom. I can’t believe we are old enough to be celebrating our 10 year reunion. I still remember lining up on the back fields of the High School getting ready to graduate. Time may march, but it also stands still.

After graduation, I went away to college in Twin Falls, served a mission to California, met my wonderful husband, and graduated with my bachelor's degree from BYUI-I. We have 3 children (Jenna is 3, Kaden is 1, and our new little surprise baby Spencer was born yesterday) and just moved to Cleveland, Ohio where my husband will start Podiatry school in the Fall. We love living here so far.

Hey everyone! I'm excited to see our blog. Here is a little synopsis of what's happened in my life in the last 10 years.
After I graduated from High School, I went to BYU Utah where I met my husband my junior year, 2001. We both graduated in 2002. I got a bachelor degree in Neuroscience and he got a bachelor degree in Accounting. In 2002, we moved to Washington DC for my husbands job with an accounting firm. I had a little girl, Alyvia, in 2003 and a little boy, Berkeley, in 2005. They're 19 months apart. I've enjoyed being a stay at home mom and am continuing my "parent" education. I've enjoyed traveling up and down the east coast and have ventured outside the US once to Ecuador which was really cool. Since I've been away from Rigby, I haven't had the chance to see a lot of you. I'm glad we have this blog and I hope you will follow my lead.
